I contacted you a couple of days ago regarding a broken port on one of our smartboards and they came today.  Firstly the service is amazing as I didn’t expect you to be able to come so quickly.  Everyone there is so helpful.  Jose and Axyle arrived at the time they said they would come and true to their word gave me a ring to let me know what time they would arrive.  They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and were pleasant, friendly and helpful.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding the above job. I found that Jose and Gavin were a credit to your company. Always helpful and polite, they were able to diagnose the fault with one of our Clevertouch screens and rectify the problem in a timely manner.
